Project Overview

Vivify Health offers a powerful remote patient monitoring (RPM) software solution with integrated third-party biometric devices designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness of your disease management and post-acute care programs.

Situation: Unfocused Marketing; No Marketing to Sales Integration; Limited Strategy and Direction

Vivify Health was struggling with an overall brand strategy and had no centralized messaging house with key talking points. Costs per lead were extremely high and weren't leveraging digital assets to bring in leads. Lack of online lead gen, webinars, and nurturing was limiting outcomes and the company was not reaching the goals set by investors (UPMC Enterprises, Heritage Group, Ascension Ventures) and the board.

Project Execution

The RPM and telehealth was an expanding market enabled by the latest internet enabled tablet hardware with a software integration. Vivify Health technological capabilities were sound but the message wasn't resonating with a non-technical medical buyer.

James Foster, then the VP of Marketing, reframed the company branding in a Patient-Provider centric way that key audiences understood easily. Instead of a fee for service, the focus was on value-based care. Vivify Health engaged Volacci for SEO and Digital Advertising. Volacci built an online marketing campaign that increased spend on key areas and found new audiences.

Vivify saw a massive increase in lead flow and a significant ROI which led to increased profitability and over 7 figures of new revenue growth in the year before being acquired by Optum Health.
