Humanistic types are usually helpful, sympathetic, and willing to lend a helping hand or an open ear. They focus on acceptance, freedom, and helping. Typically they see things as a "big picture" and like to make sure those around them are happy and satisfied in their positions.
Attitude: Personal, relationship-oriented.
Using Time: Open-ended, slow-paced.
Question: Who has used your solution to solve my problem?
