Recently, I was talking content strategy with a long-time Volacci client and he asked me to take a look at the content on his website. The technique is simple: Have as many people read your copy as possible. Let them make suggestions and corrections. The simple fact is, no matter how many times you read and re-read your work, you'll always miss something. By getting as many perspectives as possible, your copy will continue to evolve and improve.
