We believe that communication is key to the success of your SEO campaign. Excellent communication is paramount in our company culture and our hiring practices. Prior to joining the Volacci team, each new team member agrees to:

• Speak positively of team members, clients, and Volacci in both public and private.
• Speak with good purpose using empowering and positive conversation.
• Avoid profanity, sarcasm, or gossip.
• Acknowledge what is being said as true for the speaker at that moment.
• Take responsibility for responses to communication.

To facilitate good communication between you and your Volacci team we will:

• Provide contact information for all team members and their managers including email, direct phone numbers, and mobile phone numbers. In addition, you will have the contact information of Ben Finklea, the CEO of Volacci.
• Hold regularly-scheduled SEO review meetings between you and your Internet Marketing Coordinator at least once per month.
• Proactively provide you with online search engine position reports.
