Sometimes you run across services guaranteeing you hundreds of inbound links in exchange for a flat or monthly fee. The problem with this is that links are only as valuable as the website they are on. If you have hundreds of links and each one of them is linking to you from a resource page with hundreds of other links on it then the value is going to be very low. In fact, you would probably get more value from having one single link on a trusted and relevant blog. As you evaluate inbound links to your website remember that the quality of the links is much more important than the quantity.
Competitors were outranking me because I was nowhere to be seen. My website was probably 20 or 30 pages back until I engaged with Volacci… Now I’m getting phone calls from people saying ‘I found you on the Internet’.
