Avoid search engine stop words

When you are putting keywords into your keyword meta tag there are some words you need to avoid, they're called stop words. Some common stop words are: and, the, that, this, there and because. When search engine spiders see these words they are programmed to ignore them so by putting them in there you are just wasting your time.
