Below, you'll find all of our core values. They don't just sit here on our website. Volacci team members read them every morning. We pick one to focus on and discuss as a team in our daily huddle. It's our commitment to live these values every day as we fulfill our agreement with you, our customer.

We will not take shortcuts to success, because in the long run, shortcuts don't deliver the lasting value that our customers need and we expect from ourselves.

Integrity

• When I make an agreement, I keep it.
• I will document and communicate all agreements with my customers, Partners and team so that there are no surprises.
• I will immediately clear up any potential or actual breaks in an agreement I have made.

Excellence

• Excellence is a combination of great results and great relationship. It is a high standard.
• Sometimes, good enough but done is all that is required to be excellent. I will remember the 80/20 rule!
• I stay on a path of constant and never-ending improvement and innovation.
• I will empower others to high professional growth and achievement.
• I never use profanity or sarcasm.
• I refuse to share or listen to gossip - instead, I will kindly redirect concerns to the persons involved.

Relationship

Balance

• Volacci is a system-driven company so I will follow the system that is in place.

• I deliberately take time to improve our processes so they stay up to date and efficient.
• If a process does not exist for what I’m doing, I will create one and get approval from stakeholders.

Intelligence

• I know that I can not improve what I don't measure.
• I will find metrics that will help me make effective decisions and create systems for measuring them.
• I make informed decisions that are based on available metrics.
• I test new ideas before implementing them.
• I provide documentation of my metrics and ideas so that I can win consensus from stakeholders.

Results

• I will measure and report the Key Performance Indicators for my position.
• I will set KPI goals and work to reach those goals every day.
• When creating new KPIs, I will seek to align them with Volacci, Partner, and customer goals.
