The Volacci 15 Points of Culture

These 15 points define the culture at Volacci. Our culture is who we are and how we go about achieving our goals as a company and as individuals in the company.

Commitment

  • I will be committed to the Vision, Mission, Goals, Rules, Systems and SUCCESS of Volacci, its current and future team, and its clients at all times.
  • I will always recommend products and services of Volacci prior to going outside the company.

  • I accept that I as an individual am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes and I own everything that takes place in my work and life.
  • I am accountable for my results and I know that for things to change, first I must change.

Integrity

  • I will always speak the truth. What I promise is what I deliver.
  • I will only ever make agreements I am willing and intend to keep.
  • I will communicate any potential broken agreements at the first opportunity.
  • I will clear up all broken agreements immediately.

Excellence

  • Good enough isn’t. I will always deliver products of exceptional quality that add value to all involved for the long term.
  • I will look for ways to do more with less and stay on a path of constant and never-ending improvement and innovation.

Communication

  • I will always speak positively of my team members, my clients and Volacci in both public and private.
  • I will speak with good purpose using empowering and positive words.
  • I will never use or listen to profanity, sarcasm or gossip.
  • I will acknowledge what is being said as true for the speaker at that moment.
  • I will communicate potentially negative information in as personal a way as possible - face-to-face or telephone - never in email, chat, or text.
  • I will take responsibility for responses to my communication.
  • I will say hello and goodbye to people using their name.
  • I know that we are all human so memories and understandings are not perfect. I will document and communicate all expectations with my clients and team so that there are no surprises.
  • I will always apologize for any upsets first…and then look for a solution.
  • I will only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved.

Success

  • I totally focus my thoughts, energy and attention on the successful outcome of whatever I am doing.
  • I will have a willingness to win and allow others to win…win/win.
  • I will display pride, prosperity, competence and personal confidence.

Education

  • I learn from my mistakes.
  • I will always be striving to learn, grow, and master so I can help my fellow team members and clients learn, grow and master, too.
  • I will act as an educator to allow my fellow team members and clients to make their own intelligent decisions about their future remembering that it is their future.
  • I will impart practical, useable knowledge rather than just theory.

Team Work

Systems

  • I will always look to the system for a solution. If a problem arises I will look for a system correction before I look for a people correction.
  • I will look for a system solution in my innovation rather than a people solution.
  • I will follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced.
  • I will suggest system improvements at my first opportunity.
  • If a system does not exist for what I’m doing, I will create one and seek consensus from stake holders.

Intelligence

  • I know that I cannot manage what I do not measure.
  • I will find metrics that will help us make effective decisions and create systems for measuring them.
  • I make informed decisions that are based on available metrics.
  • I test new ideas before implementing them.
  • I provide documentation of my metrics and ideas so that I can win consensus from stakeholders.

Consistency

  • I will be consistent in my actions so that my team members and clients can feel comfortable in dealing with me at all times.

Gratitude

  • I am a truly grateful person.
  • I say thank you and show appreciation often and in many ways, so that all around me know how much I appreciate everything and everyone I have in my life.
  • I celebrate my wins and the wins of my clients, and team.
  • I consistently catch myself and other people doing things right.

  • I am an abundant person, I deserve my abundance and I am easily able to both give and receive it.
  • I allow abundance in all areas of my life by respecting my own self worth and that of all others.
